Where We Ship

We currently ship Writease notebooks **within India**. For international orders, please contact us at info@writease.in before placing your order.

All orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with **tracking information** once your order is shipped.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed clearly at checkout before final confirmation.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
A link will be provided to track the shipment through our courier partner.

If you haven’t received tracking details within **3 days** of placing your order, please contact us at info@writease.in.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Ensure your shipping address is **complete and accurate**.
We are **not responsible** for orders lost due to incorrect address entries.
If a delivery is returned to us due to failed attempts, **additional charges** may apply for reshipping.

We plan to expand globally. For custom international requests, contact info@writease.in and we’ll assist you.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@writease.in within **24 hours of delivery**.

All orders include a digital invoice. **GST** will be applied where applicable, and invoice copies are available on request.
