Refund Eligibility
We currently offer refunds only for physical products (Writease notebooks) purchased directly from our official website, writease.in. Digital services or app features unlocked after activation are non-refundable. Once a notebook’s QR code has been scanned and linked to your account, it is considered used and ineligible for refund.
Valid Reasons for Refund
Refunds may be granted if:
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product received was incorrect or mismatched.
- The order was cancelled prior to shipping.
To qualify, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence, along with your order ID and contact details, at info@writease.in.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available if:
- The notebook’s QR code has already been scanned or linked.
- You have simply changed your mind.
- The product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller.
- The request is made after the 48-hour reporting window.
Return Instructions
If your refund is approved, you may be asked to return the unused product (QR unscanned), in original condition and packaging, to our address. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the error was on our part. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Products via Third-Party Sellers
For notebooks purchased on Amazon, Flipkart, or other third-party platforms, please follow their refund and return policies. We cannot process those refunds directly.
Cancellation Policy
Orders on our website can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the above refund conditions apply.
